Fedora 15 system-config-services 0.101.2 No Enable/Disable (Greyed Out)

With Fedora 14 KDE, using "Service Manger" the Enable/Disable icons were available to set up a service to start at boot time.
Now that I'm running Fedora 15 KDE those icons are greyed out.
What am I missing in my set-up to have them available?
I've tried using the root user and they are not available there either.

Thanks for any help,
John

if you drop down to a command line

you can use service "whatever" start or stop or status

and if you want the service to start all the time

you can use chkconfig --list "to view all available services"

and then

chkconfig service on to have it always start

Thanks zer0signal, that was spot on.
Just goes to show the command line is still your friend, used it a lot in my AIX days, but have gotten lazy with Linux.
Thanks again,
John
