Fedora 13 can't install.

Up to the part when it asks where I want to install Fedora to, I can't click Next. The cd's been checked and there's no problems.

Thanks for your help.

Did you formatted and created the filesystem and partitions?

"Did you formatted and created the filesystem and partitions?"
No.

I think there was a problem with the cd I was using.

I had to go to the bookstore to get a new cd. Somehow I can't install torrents on my computer.

I fixed this: I used the LiveCD and now I can go online. Currently installing it to hard drive. Now there's no problems.

Thanks anyway.
---------------------------------------------

I don't know what happened:
Later I had to format the drive, then reinstall Fedora 13 from the LiveCD onto the hard drive again...

Now that it has Fedora 13 & Windows dual-boot, but after it got installed, now there's another problem which occurs frequently, which I keep forgetting how to fix:
The grub menu for you to select OSes won't come up just the command line.

Can someone remind me how to get back the grub menu?
Only wish I could remember how to fix it.

Thanks again.

While booting, pressing the ESC key should get you to the grub menu.

Pressing ESC doesn't work. I've been to other forums and someone said something about grub-install and stage1 and another said something about mapping / remapping the drives.

I don't know what to do.
Every other option after pressing F12 for the startup menu gives you Linux or the BIOS setup. Primary Slave drive = Windows XP.

If you get a bash prompt, take a look at you grub.conf
Mine has a few kernel update that I sniped out... here, HF:
(don't copy! verify only it's machine dependent)

1 # grub.conf generated by anaconda
2 #
3 # Note that you do not have to rerun grub after making changes to this file
4 # NOTICE: You have a /boot partition. This means that
5 # all kernel and initrd paths are relative to /boot/, eg.
6 # root (hd0,4)
7 # kernel /vmlinuz-version ro root=/dev/mapper/vg_t42-lv_root
8 # initrd /initrd-[generic-]version.img
9 #boot=/dev/sda
10 default=0
11 timeout=4
12 splashimage=(hd0,4)/grub/splash.xpm.gz

If yours looks ok... re install the whole gamut again... or maybe your drive is going away.

I had to reformat and reinstall from the cd from the magazine. The Fedora 13 LiveCD I have DON'T seem to work.

I successfully installed Fedora 13 today via a Linux magazine cd.
Later, I updated most of the stuff.

Finally, I tried pressing ESC for the second time during boot, and the grub menu finally appeared.

I have no clue what happened.

Only thing I can't do is: Update Adobe software. Maybe John VV can help me here or shall I put this as another thread?

EDIT: Finally got Adobe working by using John VV's plus my own suggestions from experience plus those at an Adobe / Youtube thread.

Thank you to everyone who helped me. I don't know if anyone had this problem but it's so weird. I can't fully install previously, and now I can do install Fedora 13 using the SAME cd. Seems like what Windows used to do to me whenever I tried to install the softwares: Just plain refuse to install for the first few times, then later on, everything's A-OK.

EDIT:
Sorry, John VV: I thought it was like how William Shakespeare wrote his name: Sometimes with a W & sometimes with 2 V's.
