Question Fedora 11 printing failure

Attempting to print to an Epson RX620 under Fedora 11 resulted in the following message in /var/logs/cups/error_log:
"E [12/Jul/2009:13:18:36 -0400] [Job 9] Job stopped due to filter errors; please consult the error_log file for details."
What should be checked or changed?

A SD card in the RX620 is mounted correctly.

Smile Followuo to original query

After posting the original query I checked /var/log/messages which contained the following: Jul 12 08:31:34 johnscomputer kernel: ijsgutenprint.5[3997]: segfault at 18 ip 0089fc42 sp bfa4fe40 error 4 in[877000+3b000]

I reloaded the gutenprint library from the installation DVD and the system now prints. The disk diagnostics indicate the hard drive is beginning to fail. Perhaps this is an explanation for the original problem.
