Fedora 10 live cd

I've downloaded fedora 10 live cd iso from its homepage. It is a compressed file. So what am i supposed to do with it. Directly burn it into a disk or extract it and then burn it? Also, will it run properly?
currently using xp.

You need to burn it as a disk image, so on Nero for example, you can select burn disk image under data disk.

I,ve made an image of it. When i mount it on deamon it doesn,t do anything.

What do you mean you "mount it on daemon"?
