FC6 Loses Hostname at Boot

Hi Guys, I recently installed Fedora Core 6 on an optiplex Dell x86 box. The problem is that after booting, I lose the box's host-name to its default "localhost". This doesn't happen on my other FC6 box. Does anyone know what may be causing this?

Is the name set in /etc/sysconfig/network?

Thanks, that fixed it. Before I tried to use the hostname command to set it up (this worked in my other box). Thanks again
