FC6: desktop effects = no window "On Top"

Hi,
Has anyone noticed that if you have Destkop effects enabled on FC6 you can't set a window
"On Top" from the top left menu?

How do I get it back?

Oh yes, i got the same with FC5 and Xgl. Sadly though you have to disable effects to get it. And also tvtime doesn't work with Xgl turned on. Maybe it will get fixed in the future (hopefully) :P
