FC5: "Permissions denied" on windows drives

Hi
I am a newbie to linux.
I recently installed FC5.
I have several drives from my windows xp that cant access to them.
They are listed under storage media but they are not mounted & I have not access to my data on NTFS & even FAT32 FSs. When I select mount from the context menu I get this error message again.
I remember that an option existed through installation steps like 'share windows...???' that maybe I have disabled it! Because I am a bit curious and hungry to being familiar with linux structures!
Can anyone help me to solve this important problem without spending much time on reinstalling linux?

The entry before you asked a very similar question, rather than giving the same answer twice, have a look at "accessing XP from FC5"

Why do you try to make it hard for people. This is called linuxquestions.org. If you know all the answers but you want noobs to RTFM then you need to GTFO (Get the fuck out)

People do a search for "ntfs+mount+permissions" and they get directed to your smart-ass response.

Sorry I upset you foodhater, that's never my intention, I'm just trying to help.
I certainly don't know all the answers, 80% of the questions here go right over my head.
But I figure by answering the more basic questions, I can relieve the load on the more experienced helpers.
When I answered this, I must admit I hadn't thought about people doing the right thing and searching before they posted.
So I'll do something different, like posting the url, of my previous answer.

But your abuse doesn't help either, a friendly explanation of what happened, would have been much nicer!!!

Thanks, and I am sorry about my harsh reaction. A freindly explaination would have been better. I was in a bad mood
or something. I don't know what got into me when I posted that. It's not normally my style to be a jerk.
