FC4 -> where did xawtv go ?

Anyone know why xawtv is not in FC4 anymore ?
Is there a reason to this ( exept that tvtime is in now ... ).

tvtime does not work on my PC (does not recognizes framebuffer stuf).

I installed xawtv from FC3 and it looked fine, until my PC froze and had to reboot to get things working again.
I am not sure that xawtv was the reason, because I installed aMule round the same time. When both are running at the same time, sooner or later things freeze.

Does anyone know if there is a FC4 RPM for xawtv ??

No clue as to why FC4 is doing it but check to see if there a motv package it is almost identical to xawtv.

I didn't realize they'd removed xawtv from Fedora. They added tvtime, which I switched to as soon as it was made available.

There's some technical reasons why it's better than xawtv. Try it - you'll like it.
