Smile FC4: RPM install asks for DVD/CD's - How do I get it to download the packages instead

When I try to install an RPM which I have downloaded and has its own dependancies it asks for the fedora core 4 dvd to install the dependancies.

This is fine, but i dont always have the cd with me.

How can I change this so the dependancies will be automatically downloaded from the internet instead?

The same way most people do, use yum;
