fc3: making patch update cd

Hello?

I have saved the patch update downloads for FC3
and would like to make an update CD out of.

Can anyone tell me step-by-step procedures?

Also, by default, the downloaded RPMs get removed
automatically at the end of the update process.

Is there a way I could keep the updates?

FYI, in my case above in saving patch updates,
rudimentarily, I just saved the updates before completing
the update process by not clicking on the continue/next
button in the interim process

But, I'd like to know if there's more professional way of
saving the update downloads

Thanks.
