fc3: input method switcher

Hello?

I just added the input method switcher
to the top menu panel.

However, there is no other language at
all to add to this switcher.

On the other hand, if I completely change
the system-wide language setting and log
back in, then I am able to switch between
languages.

Is there a way to enable the input method
switcher in the default English GUI environment
so that I can switch between different languages
without changing the system-wide language setting
and logging out and backing in?

Thanks.
