FC3 Dual Head problem

Hi,

I have a motherboard (abit va-20) with onboard AGP VIA S3 unichrome graphics (KM400). I purchased an nvidia PCI geforce fx 5200 card in the hope of setting up dual head configuration. I have not been able to get it to work successfully. I can get either card to work by itself, but can not get both monitors up at the same time.
My xorg.conf and log follow. Any help greatly appreciated!

Adam
