FC3, ATI, Nforce2

I have a nforce2 board and a ATI 9500pro

I install FC3 and then do the following:

install the NVIDIA chipset drivers

the go to init 3 and install the ATI driver for Xorg:
I use fglrxconfig and setup my Xorg.conf

then I change back to init 5 and reboot
when I restart all I get is a black screen

any ideas whats going on with this?

Hi

well i have an Nforce2 board (shuttle) and an ATi 9600 pro

i didnt install any Nforce drivers and fedora pickt hat up ok

I install the graphics card drivers for the ATi card from

https://support.ati.com/ics/support/...asp?deptID=894 (from the gui)

and reboot

seemed to work fine for me
