Angry FC2 Nvidia GFmx440 w/TV -- Can't get it to work!

I've tried modifying my xorg.conf in order to get TwinView enabled, but apparently it never sees my TV connected to the SVIDEO port on the dongle.

I'm really REALLY new to this, so please forgive me. I remember that when I originally installed my new card under Windows (before I switched over), that it would recognize the TV, but then just show either a teal blue screen on the TV, or garbage until I found this program called TVTOOL which was able to switch the configuration over to SVIDEO instead of RGB output.

I really can't tell if something similar is happening, but my Control Center tells me that I don't have multiple monitor support turned on or something. I'm using a GeForce mx440, an AT&T 17 inch monitor connected to the first port on my card, and an APEX tv attached to the SVID out on the dongle. PLEASE HELP!

update

Well... I got it to recognize the TV now, but unfortunately it's doing the same thing that Windows did at first. I've got this teal colored screen when I boot up into KDE. The mouse will move over there, but you can't see anything. It's not even garbage, it's just like it doesn't have the right input. I even tried putting the RGB cable back on, same thing. Any ideas?
