F7 KVM Virtualization

Just finished setting up Windows Server 2003 on Fedora 7 with KVM virtualization. I took screenshots throughout the entire process and thought I'd share:

It's working so well I'm considering putting another 2 gigs of DDR2-800 in this box. :D

Nice set of images of the process.
Fedora 7 is awesome. I have it running on
3 boxes now!

To give credit where credit is due, Phoronix's guide at http://www.phoronix.com/scan.php?pag...item=656&num=1
helped get me going.

I'm going to see if I can succeed where he failed though, and will attempt to get Vista running on the same box later today. So I'll have a single box that can run all the client and server-side Windows apps I need. And I can do it all without ever leaving Linux.

Blows away trying to use WINE or having to dual boot, IMVHO. Saves a whole lot of energy too incidentally; separate servers would have consumed $1000+ annually (in electricity) vs. the ~$250 my 65 watt Athlon X2 will use in a year (of almost 24/7 use, with an LCD screen.)
