I've had this problem before but then I just restarted it but this time it just won't
start.
The hardware is and old AMD 64 bit with 3G memory.
Runlevel is 5.
Is there a way to get into this system anymore or do I need to reinstall?
After removing 'rhgb' and 'quiet' it seems to stop at
'Started LSB: VirtualBox ballon control daemon'
so how do I remove VirtualBox when I can't get into it.
Nope don't seem to be that either, this time the last thing it did was:
'Started NFS file locking service.'
Think the order of the text is a bit random
Found something that VirtualBox can create this "error" so I uninstalled it but still it hangs.
I can get to the login prompt by using ALT-F2(,3,4) and there I uninstalled VB.
In dmesg I can see some plymouth errors, so I 'systemctl mask' everything with plymouth but still same problem.
