Question extremly slow login

I have recently installed Fedora CORE 2 on a Pentium II. We utilize a Windows version of SSH version 3.1 to connect to 5 Linux servers running RH 7.3, CetOS 3.1, and now Fedora Core 2.

I can login to all of them via SSH. However, the Fedora Server takes a long time to give me a command line prompt >1 minute.

It connects instanly when I choose its profile prompting me for a password. I enter the password and >1 minute later I get a login. Absolutely nothing has been installed on this server since it was built except Apache 1.3 which is running on the others as well.

Any suggestions for troubleshooting this? I have turned on debug level to 5 on the Windows SSH and I am going thru the logs but they look simular to the other servers.
