Every text in the GUI is transformed into rectangle
 
My fedora 17 without any logical reasons, every text in the GUI [file names and folder names, every text shown on the screen] is transformed into rectangles, I don't know exactly what happened. I tried all the GUI packages (gnome, cinnamon, KDE, Xfce and even LXDE) getting the same result.

Some basic questions:
1. What about the menus - are the menus readable?
2. Does it happen for all the users or just for one user?
As far as I think it looks like you have changed the default language on the system. Look for that. Please keep us informed about what you do and what actually helped.
