Question Error trying to launch rhn-applet-gui

I am trying to launch rhn-applet-gui and I get the following error.

Traceback (most recent call last):
File "/usr/bin/rhn-applet-gui", line 30, in ?
import rhn_applet
File "/usr/share/rhn/rhn_applet/", line 37, in ?
from rhn_applet_dialogs import \
File "/usr/share/rhn/rhn_applet/", line 28, in ?
import gtkhtml2
ImportError: /usr/lib/ undefined symbol: g_assert_warning

What can I do to fix this?

Use yum ?

I'm not be entirely facetious - you may want to try either reinstalling packages, or run a system update with yum to make sure that everything is OK and pull down any updated packages.

The culprit looks like gtk2html, and yum or rpm can tell you which package provides that (there doesn't seem to be a separate gtk2html package).
