Error Installing Package during distro install

I just put together a new computer that i was going to use as a webserver. I want to install FC3 and serve with Apache, PHP and MySQL. However, when I am installing the distro, I keep getting an "error installing package" and the install craps out and reboots. I've already checked my discs and the ISO's used to burn them and they are ok. I've even used them to install on another machine and they worked. However on this new machine it doesn't so someone please point me in the right direction. The specs are

2.8 GHz P4 w/ HT
200GB SATA Hard Drive
512MB PC3200 RAM
Foxconn Mobo (SiS chipset)
Onboard Graphics and Audio

Thank you!

Probably your media is corrupt. Try using a different set of installation discs.

I already tried that... the thing thats wierd is that it never stops on one certain package, it seems to just have an error at a different place every time I try to install.

yes, i have. I even swapped out cables and switched IDE ports. I can run Knoppix fine. I also was able to install Mandrake 10.1 flawlessly. I just can't get Fedora to work. I really want Fedora to work because thats what we use in class and I would like my own project to mesh well with my school project. Any new ideas would be very much appreciated.

Have you tried ide=nodma? Sometimes that works, otherwise if you can just click OK after letting the machine sit for a few minutes, and it will go.

Hope this helps,
