Post Embedeed programming - Arm Proceesor


Hii Everyone

I am working on embedded systam development...

now i want to programming on ARM processor.

can anybody know which cross compiler tool chain is needed for developing or compiling code for ARM processor on Fedora linux ?

whatever your idea ,, plz put it here ..

You should probably familiarize yourself with crosstool &/or crosstool-ng. Both of these are toolkits for building cross-development toolchains. There is a very rich matrix of host & target CPUs and OSs that the cross development tool-chains can support. Your requirement is definitely one of them. Also potentially germane to your circumstance would be the Openembedded toolkit.
A Google search for any of these packages will yield numerous useful links.

Dear sir,

first of all thanks for your kind reply,

But i want to know which package is needed to compile ARM processor code on Fedora, now this days i work on Red Hat linux 9.0 , for this OS i use asp-install.sh tool chain i want to know that can this tool chain work for Fedora ??

and if you have any toolchain for this type of application plz send me name of toolchain or link for download ..

also i want to know that can any other changes in any configuration file is necessory or not ?

please reply as soon as possible..

What part of my reply do you find incorrect or inappropriate? Use one of the specified packages to build your toolchain. Your question leaves too many ambiguities to give you an unambiguous answer. You have not specified enough about your target architecture to specify one cross toolchain. In fact, you haven't even specified any programming language(s) in which to do you cross development.
