DVD on Fedora Core 2: no video

I just installed a new DVD drive. I've tried both xine and ogle (off Freshrpms.net) and everywhere the same trouble - whilst sound is present, the picture is not. I even can't enter menu on any DVD. What could it be?

Do you have libdvdcss installed?

Yes, I have installed all those libraries, doesn't work yet
