don't know how to stream audio with xmms
 

Hi, I'm trying to stream the audio off of this page: epitonic.com/artists/radiohead.html
When I try to use xmms I get an error message that says that xmms doesn't support mpeg. Any advice on how to get xmms working, or on a different player that's better, would be great. Thanks!

Hi there, I was able to stream the audio of this page with xmms and Real Audio Player 10 for linux. Maybe you are missing the mp3 plugin for xmms? Check in the options/ preferences/audio i/o plugin section.

Well I couldn't find the plugin on the xmms website, but I did find one here: gurulabs.com/downloads.html and now it's working fine. Thanks!
