Does Core2 support amd64?

I tried Fedora Core 2 on an amd64 ASrock board/sasi drive, but it hung.

I got it working using Susi9.1 with no problems.

Does Fedora Core 2 support amd64, or can someone suggest the hardware that made it hang at loading program files?
