Question DNS Configuration Tool Missing?

I had this DNS Configuation tool in ZOD but I do not see it in moonshine.

It was under System > Administration > Server Settings > Domain Name System

I just do not see it in Fedora 7 - Please help. How do I get this excellent tool?
