dhcp server starts up unwanted interface


hi there i have a fedora server with dhcp and i want to disable the second interface (eth0) and run dhcp only on eth1.

in /etc/sysconfig/dhcpd

i did

DHCPDARGS="eth1"

but it doesnt work.

any ideas?

i dunno but i wouldn't mind doing the same thing i've got two nics and eth1 is the one i use so booting up hangs on eth0 and eventually fails making the boot process take like 45 seconds longer than normal :/
