Desktop freezes after 10 to 15 min using Twinkle (SIP) and Firefox

Hello,

I have FEDORA 13 and its getting frozen while my agents are trying to make the call.

Description: i have a call call center and my client requirement is FEDORA 13, i installed it. However i am facing problem. The desktop is getting frozen after 10 to 15 mts i am using TWINKEL and Firfox as my applications to make the calls. the funny thing is only desktop get froze however mouse has its movements on the screen..... Its urgent can contact me on [email address removed: don't do that]

this is not "urgent" so please do not use that in the thread title

Use a descriptive name like
"fedora 13 freeze in call center "

also fedora 13 on a PRODUCTION call center is a VERY BAD IDEA
fedora 13 will hit it's END OF LIFE in about 3 to 4 months .
so in less than 90 to 120 days there will NEVER be any updates to it .
and fedora 15 will be the current.

John, as you've been here for some time I'd like to ask you to step up your game. Your efforts definitely are appreciated but I'm asking you to not make the first reply solely about (thread titles and) Fedora EOL but to combine it with troubleshooting the actual problem at hand, TIA.

Did it work before or did it never work OK? Are there any clues or outright errors logged in in ~/.xsession-*, /var/log/Xorg*.log, /var/log/messages or other system or daemon logs?

OK, then maybe visit the official support site at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/twinklephone/ and ask there how to perform diagnostics?
