In the top menu, click "Desktop", then "preferences" and "more preferences"
It should be in that menu,
(On older GNOME versions, I seem to remember the "settings" was in the Applications menu.)
You can also do it from the initial gdm login screen -- just click on "Sessions" and pick whichever you want to use.

Nope, that was not it. I am using FC3 if that helps. I remeber there was a file I could edit to change it. Just don't remember the file.
Thanks again.

To change it just for yourself, run "switchdesk kde" in a terminal. To change it for all users, edit /etc/sysconfig/desktop and change the desktop from GNOME to KDE.
