CentOS-3.4 to Fedora Core 3?

Hi,

I have a VPS server and was wondering whether it was possible to upgrade from CentOS-3.4 to Fedora Core 3 out of a SSH console?

What packages do I need to unistall to give me minimum incopatibilities and what configuration files would I need to change? I am fairly proficient with a FC3 desktop install and the console commands, but I'm not sure what the right way to go about this is.

well this isn't an upgrade, it's similar, but there are far too many differences here. you might be able to manually replace the individual packages you want, but there's no nice way to turn one distro into another. why on earth you'd want to is another question... upgrade properly to centos 4 and you'll get all the "good" bits of fc3 in a stable form.
