can't upgrade from fedora 11 to fedora 12 !


hi guys
i tried to upgrade my fedora 11 to fedora 12 using #preupgrade tool but every time after downloading repos metadata it requires a reboot , but actually after there reboot there is nothing to do

Hullo,

I suspect, but am not sure, that it may be related to space in your /boot.
Did you follow the instructions at http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/PreUpgrade?

You can clean out all the upgrade stuff using...
sudo rm -fr /var/cache/yum/preupgrade*
sudo rm -fr /boot/upgrade
and then carry out the advice in the link above to maximise your /boot space and try again.

now i can update my fedora after removing yum cache related to preupgrade
