can not login to Fedora 11: via GNOME

Hello Everybody,

GNOME is not letting me login to Fedora 11 .After entering the password the screen goes blank and nothing happens.
Problem:
1. Power up machine
2. get GNOME login screen along with Install Problem msg:
Install Problem!
The configuration defaults for GNOME Power Manager have not been installed correctly. Please contact your computer administrator
3. try to login but get a black screen

Please help as i do not have much knowledge about working of GNOME.

hey guys,
i solved the problem by reinstalling the gnome-power-manager from the dvd repository.I never wanted to do this
because i wanted to learn more about gnome.But i wanted the linux gui working urgently.
