ATI fglrx driver in SELinux of Fedore Core 5

Before installing fglrx drivers from Livna, my SELinux was set as enforce. The installation went OK. But once I started login, the login process was paused at the GDM flash for about three minutes before eventually entering the desktop. Once there, many things became strange. For example, any windows opened was put the upper left corner and any attempt to move it failed. Root login was welcomed with a warning message saying that dbus daemon was not running so PowerManager couldn't be started. In a sum, lots of strange things going on. After setting SELinux mode to permissive, all problems are gone!

I know ATI driver is proprietary, so I know it won't be supported anyway by SELinux. I am wondering if there is a quick fix for this problem? Since xorg's radeon drive does not support 3D for my video card, I will stay in permissive mode so that I can use 3D with fglrx.
