arp command performance not as expected

Am using Fed 23. Want to use arp command to see other users connected to the router. I do it in other systems but here I see me only. Any help?

Were you executing the arp command on your Fedora box or on the router? It's not obvious by your post.
You will need to run the arp command on your router to see the arp cache for the router.
Running the arp command on your Fedora box will show only those devices communicating with your Fedora box (printers, etc.).
If the command takes too long to complete you can use "arp -n" to avoid resolving IP addresses to names.

I am entering the arp command via my laptop to display the routers cache of attached users private addresses.
This is normal on most systems and has worked for me from Fed 23 before. It is possible the AP's source has diddled the router but they would not be aware of any such action as it is a box to them. This works for me if I use M$ so what gives???

I'd assume that MS is using some form of networking (forget the word) exploring. That is why it finds static arp entries.

You can ping them and then they will populate in arp for a bit.

The best solution would be to log into the router.

Appreciate the inputs but in this case the code goes into a bash script to prevent MITM activities without effecting either the router (AP) or other users. They just won't be able to either see the scripts user nor be able to access that computer.
I have tried "tickling" the router as Jefro suggested but that did NOT work. It is strange to me that this AP's router has responded to the arp command with at least 3 different outputs over about a month and a half. I am on good terms with the owners so will ask them if the supplier has done any "upgrades" over that period.
