apt-get sources list

Does anyone here have a decent apt-get/synaptic sources list file that they can either upload or email me?? I am sick of getting loads of "fails" when trying 2 read rpm repo's from diff sites. I want some of the unstable packages too so I can get to experiment a tad.

Hope someone can help,
