Apache / mysql / Perl configuration

I'm working to setup a bugzilla server on FC5

I have some issues:
mysql doesn't start on startup I have to do the following
/sbin/service mysqld start
and my server doesn't execute php it shows the code instead.

I guess I have more configuration to do, but I'm not sure where to start.

Thanks.
