another dual monitor issue 8-/

i've searched and looked at previous topics, and tried out all the solutions i could, but none worked. i have a PCI gforce 4 mx 420 and a TI 4200. a dell 19" and a IBM 20". trying to get the dell running on the ti board and the ibm on the mx board. i used xinerama to produce a new xorg.conf and edited the best i could. could someone let me know what i may need to change?

system specs:
XP2500
ASUS A7N8X-E Deluxe
2x512 Corsair PC3200
GF4 TI4200 + MX 420
