Yes, you likely will. The 1220SA looks like a software/bios-raid card. It's tough news. You'll probably want to migrate your raid to two independent discs, or spend hundreds of quid on a hardware-raid card (that presents the disks as one physical disk.) Alternately, you can mess with dmraid, mdraid, et al. until your eyes bleed. I know mine did a few years ago with a VIA8237 RAID chip.
