acpi prob in FC3

Installed FC3, and found

1) when shutdown -h now, it stopped at acpi-power-down but PC is keep ON.
2) when boot auto from BIOS (wake-on-time), FC3 not boot up.

Above is not exist in my server in RH9.

Any solution other than kernel patch ??

Some resource said need to put acpi=ht in /etc/grub/menu.lst

Will this help above two problems ... I did not yet try.
