About the security...
Where is the security-up-to-date thing on fedora?
The thing, where I am assured that the Os is kept sicure. Thanx... |
there should be a little green check mark or red exclamation point in the system tray area indicating that your box is updated or not. If it's not there, open a terminal and type
su password: (your root password) yum update This will find all the relevant updates and ask you if you want to install. Should be painless. If the red/green thing is in the system tray click on them and run the "Up2date" program. Both do the same thing. |
If you want the wizardy thing, it's at /usr/bin/up2date
