A few questions about Fedora 15
 
1.Does it install drivers for MP3 playback automatically during setup?
2.Does it have something similar to ubuntu software center?

1. No - you do get the option to add them via the package manager.
2. Yes ... Add/Remove programs is called PackageKit
Please read the FAQ it answers all these questions - and related, like "Why doesn't Fedora include support for proprietary formats like MP3 or MPEG?"

Yum for the CLI or yumex for the GUI
