64-bit FC6 and openscenegraph.

I installed openscenegraph and openescenegraph examples as root using yum. Problem is that I have no idea where data needed by osg is or was it actually installed. I can start few examples like osgimpostor and some others but osgviewer needs a data file like cow.osg and there doesn't seem to be such a file nowhere in my system.

So how can I get openscenegraph data?

Also if anybody happens to know...
Reason why I installed openscenegraph was that I want an opengl library which has routines to overcame limitations of Z-buffer( bit depth being too small for my needs ) and blended walls ( blended planes have to be inserted in correct order to look right ). Are there any solutions to those problems ( other than coding by myself )?

I decided to load sample data from www.openscenegraph.org. Works fine otherwise but textures aren't always ( never ? ) found.
I have set OSG_FILE_PATH environment variable and for example
osgviewer cow.osg shows cow but no textures. Anybody familiar with this problem?
