i'm from China.
i'm not a programmer but i hope i can do some contribution on the word of the Dragora OS, so for now i'm going to translate the web site in chinese.

i have some questions:
1) here is a translators coordinator?
2) the dragora-bugs mailing list is only for bugs report or is possible to use for helps, etc?
3) if i have some suggestions where is the best place to discuss this?
4) my yeeloong machine is down this days and i need some input for a desktop pc to install Dragora, something without crappy government control in the cpu :-)

We have a "Dragora" Forum under "Linux-Distributions" on our front page.

What input are you asking for in order to install Dragora?

Installing Dragora should be fairly easy by downloading the .iso image and either burning it to a CD/DVD or usb memory stick. Just make sure that you have the 32-bit or 64-bit .iso image that applies too your desktop's architecture.

In addition (if you don't know your desktops architecture) you can use Dragora, run it live and use the terminal to find out what motherboard, processor, graphics card, sound card and etc.-- that you have.

Welcome to dragora, the mailing list is for all kind of questions and suggestions, not only bugs, feel free to ask anything. The best place to discuss things is at dragora's irc channel at freenode #dragora

Currently you can't install dragora on a yeeloong, Dragora only supports x86 and x86_64 archs. There isn't a translations coordinator you just need to download the web site sources and translate, then send the translations to selk.

@Ztcoracat: sorry, my 4) question is not clear. i just need some advice about a CPU/motherboard supported by Dragora without the VPro tech and the like. the installation process in a virtual machine is very easy. what about install Dragora on machine with EFI/UEFI bios?

provided that the machine you choose make it possible to disable UEFI and use legacy BIOS, you can install dragora. I've done that before, it is really not a dragora problem, but a UEFI one (UEFI stinks hehe).

Depending on what motherboard and BIOS you have; if you have the newer click BIOS you could very well may have UEFI. If so just go into the BIOS and disable the secure boot. Than install your Dragora:-

Depending on the motherboard's BIOS/EFI firmware, the Secure Boot option will be found on the "Boot", "Security", or "Authentication" page. Like this picture:
