XFCE4 Full window maximization ?

Can XFCE4 be told to do "full maximization" upon the maximize button press (by "full mazimization" I mean the window will *cover* the XFCE Pannel) ?

FIXED.

I found a workarround, mainly: I installed xfce4-taskbar-plugin and got rid of the taskbar.
