Xebian question


what is the best network setting for xbox debian (i.e. I.P. address)? i'm having trouble connecting to my home network.

not sure if i understand the question, but..

how is your network setup? do you connect to a router that is a DHCP server? if you have a router it most likely is the DHCP server, so setup your network on the debian machine to use DHCP and get its ip address automatically.

yea thats how i got it. after i installed xebian i had to go in and change it from static to dhcp. i'll keep tryin to figure it out.
