wireless netinstall.. now no wireless

I just installed Debian 4 using the netinstall iso, everything went fine. When I booted up, I couldn't get a wireless connection.
I tried with WEP and without, assigning an IP and DHCP nothing. I have the same configuration in Ubuntu and the card works fine.
I'm sure I'm just missing something.
It's a Microsoft MN-520 card and an IBM thinkpad T20.

Thanks
David

The card probably requires firmware to work, which is closed source so Debian won't provide it. Do some google searches for the card with firmware included, and you'll find it. Download and install the firmware according to the instructions, and you should be good to go.

Peace,
JimBass

I don't need ndiswrapper, the card worked perfectly installing the system doing a net install. It doesn't connect using WEP or open , static or DHCP

Find the "Networking" GUI, and try to activate it from there.
