Where is Session Properties in Panel Menu?

I'm running Gnome 2.8.3 in Etch and I can't find the Session Properties launcher in the panel menu. Has this been "misplaced" somehow? I seem to recall seeing it before under Applications > Desktop Preferences. Can someone check their panel and confirm?

I can add it using the menu editor but wasn't this previously included by default?
