Where is apt-listbugs ?

Hi

Has apt-listbugs disappeared from etch ? I can't seem to find it.
It seems to be in sid. Do I have to point my sources to unstable
to d/load it and back to etch ? Has anybody installed it in etch
lately ?

Looks like the new version hasn't entered testing yet because it still has release critical bugs.
