when is the next release of debian scheduled for?

Hi,
I'm just curious - does anyone out there know when sid will be upgraded to stable, or when another stable release is coming out? Personally, I use a mix of sid and sarge, the stuff under the stable tree is just too dated...

You mean "Does anyone know when Sarge will be upgraded to stable"?
I believe Sid is always unstable.
No, I do not know...

sorry, that was what I meant - when sarge is upgraded to stable...

As usual, the release goals and the release date are not going to be determined in advance. To put it simply, "Debian releases when it is time".

mm.....cheers, I was just being stupid. It'll be a while, as, if I'm right, sarge hasn't gone vaguely frozen yet...
