apt-setup will allow you to add all CDs to your sources.list.
Then you can use aptitude or apt-get install [packagename]
or the graphical tool "Synaptic".

do you have internet access (on your debian machine?)

apt-get install synaptic will do the job (even if you dont have internet access, the apt-get program will get it from CD)

but it is a pretty much useless system if you dont have internet access nowadays

if you can find a native linux driver, then use the native driver.

but if you cant, use ndiswrapper ( it is on one of the 14 cd you burn, i am sure) to wrap the windows driver.
