Hello and Welcome to LinuxQuestions,

No need for Portuguese here, this is an English only forum. In reply to your problem, right after rebooting check the output of
Code:
dmesg
and check if it gives you some more information or error messages. Also check your /var/log/messages log for any related errors and post them, if any, here. Have fun with Linux.

Kind regards,

Eric

Eric,
In /var/log/messages it shows no errors, but there is information related to the camera.

root@VilaPlanalto:/var/log# cat messages |grep camera
Apr 10 11:06:20 VilaPlanalto kernel: [ 232.589331] usb 5-2: Product: USB camera
Apr 10 12:02:22 VilaPlanalto kernel: [ 3594.680666] usb 5-2: Product: USB camera
Apr 10 13:18:48 VilaPlanalto kernel: [ 2.321410] usb 5-2: Product: USB camera
Apr 10 17:19:23 VilaPlanalto kernel: [ 2.417922] usb 5-2: Product: USB camera

In dmesg it show there is information related to the camera.

Thanks
